4. Delivery Address

  • Perfona is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Perfona is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and proof.

Without an unboxing video, shipping-related claims will not be accepted.

7. Exchange & Refunds

  • Exchanges are permitted only in genuine cases, subject to verification and approval by Perfona.
